Patricia A. Shlonsky is chair of the firm's Tax Practice Group, consisting of the Tax, Trusts & Estates, and Employee Benefits Practice Areas. She is also an active member of UB WILL – Women in Law and Leadership, a committee designed to promote the successes and achievements of Ulmer & Berne's female attorneys and female clients.
Michael D. Switzer is partner-in-charge of the firm's Chicago office. His practice is focused on patent litigation and intellectual property counseling.
