Ulmer & Berne Elects New Management Committee Members

CLEVELAND, April 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce the election of three new members to the firm's seven member Management Committee – Bill J. Gagliano, Patricia A. Shlonsky and Michael D. Switzer.

Patricia A. Shlonsky is chair of the firm's Tax Practice Group, consisting of the Tax, Trusts & Estates, and Employee Benefits Practice Areas. She is also an active member of UB WILL – Women in Law and Leadership, a committee designed to promote the successes and achievements of Ulmer & Berne's female attorneys and female clients.

Michael D. Switzer is partner-in-charge of the firm's Chicago office. His practice is focused on patent litigation and intellectual property counseling.
