Corporate Event Pays Homage to the Beauty of a Texas Sunset

ADDISON, Texas, Feb. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Dallas events company, Ultimate Ventures®, won a Texas Star Award for Best Event Design/Décor (under $25,000) at the ILEA Texas Star Awards held in Austin, Texas on February 17, 2019. The Dallas destination management company had three award nominations up for consideration including one for Best Corporate Event and two for Best Event Design/Décor.

The Texas sunset inspired event in the glorious French Room at the Adolphus Hotel in downtown Dallas.

Tables designs featured succulents, cacti, and beautiful ruby red linens with brush strokes of painted metallic gold.

The Texas Star Awards, produced by the Texas chapters of the International Live Events Association, is a globally recognized awards competition designed to honor the exceptional professional achievements of individuals and organizations from the Texas events industry.

Ultimate Ventures' winning event, "An Evening Under the Texas Sunset", used the splendor of a Texas sunset as inspiration. An exquisitely designed version of Texas nightfall, within the ethereal walls of The French Room of Dallas' famed Adolphus Hotel, gave 36 guests an intimate and VIP experience.

The multi-sensory event experience began with guests arriving at the French Room Salon at twilight to enjoy a cocktail and mingle while being custom fit for their very own Cowboy hat and pair of Cowboy boots. As day faded into night, they moved into the spectacularly designed French Room, one of the few AAA 4-Star rated restaurants in Texas, where they dined under a sunset-lit dining room. Following their gourmet meal, the group retreated to a dark and cozy bar where they ended the evening enjoying classic Texas tunes by a trio of troubadours.
