UN Global Compact Network USA Welcomes New Board Members from ADM and NVIDIA

Katherine Pickus of ADM and Josh Parker of NVIDIA Appointed to the Board of the U.S. Office of the World's Largest Corporate Sustainability Initiative

NEW YORK, Aug. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The UN Global Compact Network USA (Network USA) welcomes two new members to its Board of Directors: Katherine Pickus, Chief Sustainability Officer of ADM, and Josh Parker, Head of Sustainability at NVIDIA. In addition, the Board of Directors has elected Shobha Meera, Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer at Capgemini, as Board Treasurer. She succeeds former Board Member Michael Okoroafor of McCormick & Company, who recently retired.

Ms. Pickus and Mr. Parker will join existing Board members in steering Network USA's strategic vision and advancing its mission to embed responsible and sustainable business practices across the American private sector.

Ms. Pickus is Chief Sustainability Officer at ADM and leads ADM's global sustainability strategy. She brings deep expertise in aligning corporate responsibility with business value at major companies, including Tyson Foods, Griffith Foods, and Abbott. 

Mr. Parker is Head of Sustainability at NVIDIA, leading the company's global sustainability strategy. Previously, as an engineer and a lawyer, Josh led sustainability at Western Digital and practiced patent law at Baker Botts, bringing expertise in strategy and innovation-driven legal counsel.
