The attendant is instantly displaying all contacts found in the corporate directory and can directly forward the caller. An unlimited number of queues are available per attendant to be able to manage even complex environments. By means of the queues it is not only possible to forward callers directly to the attendant phone but attendants have the possibility to place callers on hold or park them in queues. Also the attendant has the possibility to see answered or missed calls.
