Unirac, Inc. Awarded Fourth U.S Patent

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., March 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Unirac, Inc., announced that The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued U.S. Patent No. 8,128,044 covering Unirac's system for mounting a photovoltaic module to a surface—extending the number of patents in the SolarMount design family to four.  The patent centers on an apparatus and method for removably and adjustably mounting one or more PV modules on an object such as a roof or a pole, and includes one or more track rails. Unirac also holds European, Canadian, and Australian patents on SolarMount technology.
