Unison Site Management Appoints Telecommunications and Wireless Industry Veteran Richard Burns to Board of Directors

Mr. Burns, who has 34 years of industry experience and has held various management roles within AT&T and BellSouth, will advise Unison on its business priorities and strategic initiatives as the company continues to expand its presence in the dynamic wireless lease industry.

Richard Burns is currently a senior advisor to McKinsey & Company. Previously, Mr. Burns was President of Network Services for Wireless at AT&T, where he managed wireless network engineering, construction, operations and maintenance. He has also held leadership roles within BellSouth Corporation, including Chief Integration Officer - Broadband, President of Broadband and Internet Services, and Network Vice President in Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia. In addition, he led an enterprise-wide strategic effort to transform the cost structure within BellSouth Domestic Communications focused on process and operations excellence. Mr. Burns holds Bachelor and Master of Engineering degrees from the University of Louisville, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
