Unisys Announces Key Vertical Industry and Regional Leadership Appointments in Enterprise Solutions Organization

Kelly S. Cook joins as global head of Unisys Commercial; Michael J. Morrison and Tony Windever join to lead U.S./Canada and Asia Pacific regions, respectively

BLUE BELL, Pa., Dec. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) today announced three key leadership appointments in its Enterprise Solutions organization, which serves Unisys clients globally outside of the U.S. Federal market. The appointments deepen the company's vertical industry and regional capabilities.

Kelly S. Cook has joined the company as global head of Unisys Commercial, one of the three vertical industry groups within Enterprise Solutions. In key regional appointments, Michael J. Morrison has joined as vice president and general manager, Enterprise Solutions, U.S. and Canada, and Tony Windever has joined as vice president and general manager, Enterprise Solutions, Asia Pacific.

All three leaders report to Eric Hutto, senior vice president and president, Enterprise Solutions.

Kelly S. Cook, Global Head, Commercial
Cook has responsibility for leading the company's global Commercial vertical industry group. Global revenue from the company's commercial clients represented 34 percent of the company's overall revenue through the first nine months of 2015.

Cook brings 27 years of experience in developing and delivering innovative IT-based solutions and managing relationships with commercial clients, including clients in the health care and pharmaceutical industries. His responsibilities have included directing global sales, account management and solution-delivery teams.

Cook most recently served as a senior industry executive at Tech Mahindra. He has also held senior leadership positions at Ness Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services, IMS Health, EDS and GlaxoSmithKline.

Michael J. Morrison, Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Solutions, U.S. and Canada
Morrison has responsibility for building and strengthening client relationships in the U.S. and Canada region outside of the U.S. Federal market. The U.S. and Canada region, outside of U.S. Federal, represented 31 percent of the company's revenue through the first nine months of 2015.

Morrison has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the IT industry. He brings deep experience in business development, client relationship management, IT services delivery, application development and IT operations in industries ranging from financial services and insurance to manufacturing, engineering/construction, and automotive.

Morrison has served in executive leadership and strategic sales positions at Dell Services. He has also held leadership positions at Perot Systems and EDS. He began his career at General Motors.

Tony Windever, Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Solutions, Asia Pacific
Windever has responsibility for building and strengthening client relationships in the Asia Pacific region, which represented 11 percent of the company's revenue through the first nine months of 2015.

Windever is an accomplished executive who brings extensive leadership experience to his new role. He has successfully led IT services organizations in the Asia Pacific region to significant growth through the development, sales and marketing of innovative new solutions and service channels.

Windever was most recently managing director, Global Services, Asia Pacific for Adobe Systems. Prior to Adobe, he held senior sales and marketing roles at Dell Inc., including leading Dell Services Sales in the Asia Pacific and Japan region. He began his career at IFS and Westpac Banking Corporation.
