United Built Homes Announces Dream Home Giveaway Winner

SPRINGDALE, Ark., Aug. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- United Built Homes announced the winner of its 60th Anniversary Dream Home Giveaway. Kathy Nicola of Texarkana, Texas was randomly selected from over 35,000 entries as the winner of the United Built Homes 60th Anniversary Dream Home Giveaway. United Built Homes will be working with Kathy and husband, Curtis, a Vietnam Vet, to build the custom home of their dreams, valued at $175,000.

The announcement of the Dream Home Giveaway winner was made official on August 18th. The UBH team, alongside CEO Don Pitts, met with Mrs. Nicola on August 20th at her current residence to make the formal presentation and congratulate her for winning.

"Although the selection was random, we felt very excited when we found out who would receive the home. Being able to provide a home for Kathy and Curtis is such an amazing feeling but we also feel blessed with the opportunity to honor Curtis for his service to our country in this way as well," says Pitts. 

The entire UBH team visited Kathy, her husband, and numerous family and friends on August 20th to make the formal presentation.
