Troy-based lender's 36-spot jump in rankings aligns with its expanded lead as top wholesale mortgage lender in the U.S.
TROY, Mich., Feb. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- United Shore ranked 8th globally as a 2018 Training Top 125 award winner, an honor given out by Training magazine to highlight companies with the most successful learning and development programs in the world. This marks the third year in a row that United Shore has been recognized for its outstanding achievements in training, and is a major jump from ranking No. 44 in 2017 and No. 92 in 2016.
United Shore's rapid climb up the Training Top 125 rankings aligns with the quick ascension of the company's wholesale brand, United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), establishing itself as the No. 1 wholesale mortgage lender in the nation.
UWM, which partners with mortgage brokers throughout the U.S. to offer residential purchase and refinance loans to consumers, has increased its loan production volume by 125% in the last three years.
