United States Patent Office Finds Andrea Electronics Patent Rights to be Valid
BOHEMIA, N.Y., July 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Andrea Electronics Corporation (OTCMKTS:ANDR) (Andrea), the pioneer of digital array microphones and noise reduction software that optimizes the performance of voice driven applications, is pleased to announce that the United States Patent Office has determined that certain claims in Andrea's foundational noise cancelling patent are valid patent rights that should continue to be enforceable against infringers.
Specifically, the Patent Office issued final decisions finding that the two inter partes review proceedings Apple, Inc. initiated against U.S. Patent No. 6,363,345 failed to invalidate all of the patent claims that Andrea has asserted.
