United Technologies Prices Offering Of Senior Notes Due 2045
HARTFORD, Conn., April 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX) announced that it has successfully priced an offering of $850 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes maturing May 15, 2045, unless earlier redeemed. The notes have an interest rate of 4.150 percent.
The offering is expected to close on May 4, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. Net proceeds from the offering are expected be used to repay UTC's 4.875% notes due 2015 and for other general corporate purposes.
