United Wall Systems Congratulates Former CFO, Eric LaGrange, on Retirement and Welcomes New Director of Accounting, Ivette Cervera

WINTER GARDEN, Fla., Jan. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- United Wall Systems, Inc., an industry leader in the commercial drywall and framing sector, formally announced that Eric LaGrange former CFO informed the company of his intention to retire effective December 28, 2018.

After seven years as CFO of United Wall Systems, Eric left a tremendous legacy of faithful financial stewardship that has served the company well. CEO, Curtis Yoder stated that "Eric will be missed as he was a solid member of the management team and was heavily relied on." Although UWS is excited for Eric and his plans, Curtis feels very fortunate to have former Accounting Manager, Ivette Cervera accept the new position of Director of Accounting for United Wall Systems. Ivette is no stranger to the United Wall Systems team; she has been with the company for almost two years. Curtis stated, "I am glad to see Ivette have the opportunity to lead our accounting team. Her constant attention to detail and stable temperament will serve her well in this new position; I am looking forward to seeing her succeed!"

Like the rest of the United Walls team, Ivette had to work hard to achieve her goals. She began her career as an Accounting Clerk for a company located in Miami, Florida and was promoted to Account Manager. Next Ivette transitioned to another company where she spent nine more years as an Assistant Controller. Ivette's next career move proved her accounting knowledge. Ivette accepted a position with a new company as the Assistant Controller and was promptly promoted to Director of Accounting and Finance after only one year. Ivette spent five years in that role before moving to Orlando and joining the United Wall Systems team.

Upon acceptance of the role, Ivette said, "I feel very grateful that the UWS management team thought I would be a good fit for this position." We asked Ivette to share her outlook for 2019. She replied, "I feel very positive moving into the new year, and I'm looking forward to my new role and any challenges that come my way."
