Guha brings more than 24 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, product marketing and strategic alliances to Unitrends, along with a strong track record of success at startups and large companies. Prior to joining Unitrends, Guha was vice president of cloud solutions at CA^® Technologies. In this role, he was responsible for CA's cloud, virtualization and M&A strategies, as well as the development and delivery of the company's cloud lifecycle management solutions. Before that, Guha was senior vice president at Egenera^®, where he managed market development of the company's software business, including driving product awareness, managing industry partnerships and building out the channel ecosystem.  Prior to Egenera, Guha was an executive with Dell™ for 10 years. Serving as the executive director of software product management and product marketing, Guha was tasked with reinventing Dell's systems management and virtualization business, as well as driving product solutions, sales enablement and partnerships, including OEM models.  He was also part of the original team that grew Dell's server market share to No. 1 in the U.S. soon after the company entered the enterprise products space.

Guha is also an experienced management consultant as a result of his time with Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions provider, various virtualization startups, and NetQoS, a network performance management and service delivery management solutions provider that was acquired by CA Technologies in 2009. In addition to being a proven technology leader, Guha holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and is an accomplished author, with more than 16 major publications in esteemed Management Information Systems (MIS) journals.
