Unity Technologies Adds Heavyweights From Torque and IO Interactive

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Unity Technologies, the provider of the market-leading Unity development platform for Web, PC, Mac, Wii(TM) and iPhone, announced today the appointments of Brett Seyler as VP of Strategy and Steffen Toksvig as Development Director.

Brett Seyler joins from Torque engine developer InstantAction (formerly GarageGames) and Steffen Toksvig comes to Unity Technologies from 'Hitman' developer IO Interactive. Each brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the rapidly growing worldwide team that also recently announced former Criterion man Graham Dunnett to lead its UK studio.

Brett and Steffen join the team cited by Gamasutra as 'A major player in the market' and 'One of the Top 5 Game Companies of 2009' (alongside long established giants including Apple and Valve).
