Univar Announces Intention Agreement for Exclusive Canadian Distribution with Innophos Nutrition
DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., Sept. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Univar Inc. (NYSE: UNVR) ("Univar"), a global chemical distributor and provider of value-added services, announced today it has entered into an intention agreement with Innophos Nutrition for the distribution of bioactive mineral ingredients, unique enzyme formulations, premium botanical ingredients, and specialty blends exclusively for the Canadian market effective September 15, 2016.
