Universal Health Realty Income Trust Announces ATM Equity Offering Program

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Nov. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Health Realty Income Trust (NYSE: UHT) announced today that it has entered into an at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program through which it may sell its common shares of beneficial interest, $.01 per value (UHT Shares) with an aggregate sales price of up to $50 million. The shares may be offered from time to time through BofA Merrill Lynch, which will be acting as sales agent and/or principal.

The ATM program allows UHT to sell newly-issued common shares with an aggregate sales price of up to $50 million from time to time through BofA Merrill Lynch. Any sales will be made by means of ordinary brokers' transactions on the New York Stock Exchange or otherwise at market prices prevailing at the time of sale, at prices related to prevailing market prices or at negotiated prices.
