The team was invited to host a panel discussion on the virtual workforce due to their expertise in online and remote teaching. Joined by fellow online instructors from other universities, the instructors will discuss the evolving virtual workforce, with focus on faculty development and the mentorship of future leaders.
The panel will present a remote-support-model, as well as benefits and challenges from multiple perspectives, including on-campus and remote leaders including faculty and program directors.
"We could not be more thrilled to lead this panel and share our expertise and insights at OLC," said Dr. Jordan Utley, Program Director and Associate Professor of the Master of Health Science Athletic Training Program at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. "The chance to participate in one of the world's most well-known online learning conferences is a huge honor, and we are excited to share all of the invaluable work our University performs in that arena."
Hosted by the Online Learning Consortium, OLC Accelerate gathers the world's top academic leaders, educators, administrators, online learning professionals and organizations and is devoted to driving quality online learning, advancing best practice guidance and accelerating innovation in learning globally.
