The Runtastic Six Pack App
In the popular Runtastic Six Pack app, lifelike avatars guide users through targeted core workouts, with three difficulty levels, that are tailored to each user's fitness level. Users can choose from pre-defined workouts – including the 7-Minute Workout – or build a custom workout using Runtastic's extensive catalogue of exercises, including sit-ups, planks, mountain climbers, leg raises and more. Additional features on Apple Watch include:

• Glances: The Glances feature allows users to view the avatar directly on their wrist, making it easier than ever before to follow each exercise demonstration. Users can also monitor their training plan progress, including level, training day and next training day/time.
• Actionable Notifications: Two varieties of actionable notifications are available. The first allows users to start a set during a workout, and the second "Recover Now" notification offers a countdown to the next set which includes an avatar trainer demonstrating the next exercise.

The Flagship Runtastic App
The Runtastic app tracks sports and fitness activities – such as running, biking, walking and more – by utilizing GPS technology. By using the app on Apple Watch, users can view their primary activity statistics directly on their wrist, without having to slow down or pull out a smartphone, which provides a cool, new use case for the app. Additional features on Apple Watch include:

• Glances: Glances allow users to view three real-time statistics, such as speed, distance, duration, pace, or calories burned, on the Watch screen during activities.
• Actionable Notifications: Users can review their weekly Runtastic app activities, such as number of activities, distance covered, duration of completed activities, number of calories burned, and cheers received throughout the week, in a stylish, easy-to-read notification directly on their wrist.

And That's Not All…
In addition to the Runtastic and Six Pack apps, the Runtastic Butt Trainer app will also be available on the Apple Watch beginning in late April. Similar to the popular Six Pack app, avatars will guide users through various training plans and standalone workouts on their quest to a more fit and toned backside.
