Highlights of the "Talent Intelligence: A Think Tank on AI in HR Hosted by untapt" evening included a Computer vs. Recruiter challenge, in which the senior recruiters faced off with untapt's AI algorithm. Given a selection of resumes, the HR leaders sought to prioritize candidates from most to least fit for a provided job description.

The different groups' answers varied, but when averaged out, their overall rank of candidates matched the exact ranking chosen by untapt's Deep Learning algorithm. In addition, the exercise led to an interesting discussion on how AI software can reduce bias, offer more quantifiable results and better candidates overall.
