On May 1, 2014, SBA Communications Corp. (SBA Communications) announced its financial results for Q1 2014. The Company posted a growth of 10.4% YoY in its Q1 2014 revenues to $345.5 million. Net income for Q1 2014 came in at $1.4 million, or $0.01 per diluted share, as compared to net loss of $22.4 million, or $0.18 per diluted share in Q1 2013. The Company stated that net income for the quarter was positively impacted by gains of $17.9 million on the Company's currency hedges entered into in connection with the Oi acquisition which closed on March 31, 2014. SBA Communications expects total revenues for Q2 2014 to be in the range of $365.5 million to $375.5 million. On May 2, 2014, the shares of the Company gained 4.78% to end the day at $94.89. On May 1, 2014, FleetCor Technologies, Inc. (FleetCor) announced its Q1 2014 financial results. Net revenues for the period came in at $253.9 million, up 31.1% YoY. Quarterly net income stood at $75.1 million, or $0.88 per diluted share, versus $64.7 million, or $0.77 per diluted share in Q1 2013. FleetCor also raised its financial guidance for full-year 2014. The Company now expects full-year 2014 revenues in the range of $1,075 million and $1,095 million, compared to the range of $1,070 million and $1,090 million forecasted earlier. Full-year 2014 adjusted net income per diluted share is expected between $4.97 and $5.07, versus the range of $4.90 and $5.00 estimated earlier.
