Hobley brings more than 25 years of leadership experience helping companies accelerate growth, strengthen customer relationships and transforming digital marketing capabilities for some of the world's most recognized brands, including State Farm, Toyota, General Motors, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, Johnson & Johnson and Nestlé. Previously, he served as Executive Client Strategic Advisor at Omnicom Precision Marketing Group, where he led marketing transformation initiatives spanning performance marketing, CRM, customer experience, data and AI-enabled marketing. More recently he's acted as Transformation and CX consultant for several independent agency networks.

As Chief Digital & Strategy Officer, Tony will bring together UpSwell's Performance Media, Campaign Intelligence, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM and Creative capabilities into a single operating system.
