Board-Certified Dermatologist Dr. J. Scott Kennedy Returns to Midlothian, Virginia to Open a New Office and Expand Patient Access to Dermatology Care

MIDLOTHIAN, Va., July 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Dermatology Partners is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Midlothian, Virginia.

Located in a growing suburb of Richmond, Virginia, U.S. Dermatology Partners Midlothian offers expanded access to dermatology care for patients in Chesterfield county. Led by Board-Certified Dermatologist Dr. J Scott Kennedy, DO, FAAD, the clinic will provide care and treatment for a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, rosacea, and skin cancer.

Having served in the Air Force for 10 years, Dr. Kennedy held positions as Chief Dermatologist at Andrews AFB, Maryland and staff dermatologist at the Pentagon Flight Medicine Clinic. Prior to opening the Midlothian office, Dr. Kennedy practiced at U.S. Dermatology Partners in Sun City West, Arizona for 13 years. He recently relocated to the Richmond area to return and serve the community that he previously lived in while in the military.
