US Drug Watchdog Demands the US Congress Fund a Robust Border Wall Between the US & Mexico to Stop Mexican Drug Cartel Heroin from Flooding into The USA

Within the last five or six years, Mexican Drug Cartels have been adding Chinese-made fentanyl to make their low-grade heroin more powerful - and it worked.
