U.S. Navy selects IAP to support contract valued at up to $900 million
CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., Sept. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- IAP Worldwide Services, Inc., managing member of IAP-ECC, LLC, is joined by only four companies awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Global Contingency Support Multiple Award Contract II (GCSMAC II), for up to $900 million by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

IAP has gained a reputation of excellence supporting these contingency-based contracts with DoD entities. Under the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP), IAP is the only government services provider selected for all four Air Force programs since 1996. "As a current incumbent for the Navy under the predecessor GCSMAC I, we are currently executing Task Orders globally in support of NAVFAC. The IAP-ECC Team, a joint venture, is pleased to continue providing critical infrastructure support operations and maintenance, and contingency services for the Navy," added Rick Nohmer, Vice President for Global Support Services charged with operating the program.
The services provided to the Navy will include facility support services with incidental construction in support of natural disasters, humanitarian efforts, the full range of military actions, and incumbent breaks in service at locations around the world supporting our Nation's efforts.
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific, is the contracting authority expecting the completion by September 2024.
