With Doximity, U.S. News offers a free online directory of more than 800,000 practicing U.S. physicians, providing consumers with data and tools that help them choose the right medical providers and a new appointment booking platform to more swiftly connect them. Doximity will continue as the exclusive provider of the online physician survey for board-certified U.S. physicians that is used alongside structural, process, and outcomes metrics in the U.S. News Best Hospitals and Best Children's Hospitals methodologies.

Doctors in the U.S. News online directory can access Doximity's free network, which is larger than the combined membership of some of the largest medical associations in the country. With Doximity's HIPAA-secure platform, clinicians can use their smartphone or computer to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient treatment and connect with specialists for patient referrals.
