USA Ninja Challenge Katy is a year-round obstacle fitness program that combines aspects of gymnastics, climbing, cross training, and track and field. The lead instructor works from a lesson plan to provide safe and effective training for each class. The curriculum has six levels to master, and each level has 27 different skills. Ninja skills include jumping, climbing, swinging, traversing, balancing, and floor skills. Ninjas demonstrate their mastery of a skill and then advance to the next level of training. All students progress according to their own abilities and are never in competition with other class members. Students commit to the program one month at a time and can join the program at any time.
