USAA Real Estate Company Signs First Tenants For New Master Office Park; Harland Clarke Holdings Corp. And Harland Clarke Will Relocate Corporate Headquarters

SAN ANTONIO, June 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- USAA Real Estate Company ("RealCo") today announced that it has secured the first tenants for its WestRidge at La Cantera complex. The global headquarters of Harland Clarke Holdings Corp. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Harland Clarke, will occupy WestRidge One. The 129,016 square foot office building is the first phase of RealCo's 42-acre master-planned office park in San Antonio. The leading provider of marketing services, transaction solutions, education services, and intelligent media delivery will relocate its corporate offices in late 2014.
