This seminar addresses the challenges of feeding a growing global population while maintaining the natural resource base upon which food production ultimately depends upon. The forum will feature agriculture and environment programming experts and will include their ideas for scaling up innovative approaches to meet the food security challenge.
Tomorrow's speakers will include:
Moderator: Chris Kosnik, Leader, Land Resources Management Team, USAID
Sara Scherr, President, Ecoagriculture Partners
James L. Anderson, Fisheries & Aquaculture Adviser, Agriculture and Rural Development (ARD), The World Bank
Joyce Turk, Animal Scientist, Bureau for Food Security, USAID
