Usdan Summer Camp For The Arts Uniquely U Scholarship Search Returns For 2019
Submission Process Now Open For Chance at Full Scholarship to Attend Usdan's 2019 Season
NEW YORK, Jan. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Usdan Summer Camp for the Arts, the critically acclaimed summer day camp for the arts marking its 51st year, today announced the return of the popular scholarship search, Uniquely U. Celebrating creativity and self-expression, the search asks artists in grades 2 through 12 (ages 7 through 18) from across New York City, Southern Westchester, and Long Island, to submit a video explaining what makes them uniquely them, along with sample as of their work in creative writing or visual and performing arts to be considered for a full scholarship to the beloved day camp this summer.
Up to 10 young artists will receive full seven-week scholarships to Usdan for the Summer 2019 season, including tuition and transportation from across New York City, Long Island or southern Westchester. In addition, up to 75 percent of all applicants will receive an honorable mention awards with partial scholarships.
Applications and search parameters are outlined on UU.Usdan.org. The deadline is midnight on February 15th.
