PITTSBURGH, Oct. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Fifty members of United Steelworkers (USW) Local 9176 will be traveling from Toronto to Philadelphia this Wednesday to deliver a letter to Crown Holdings CEO John Conway, requesting the company end its aggressive stance in negotiations with workers at its Toronto plant. The 120 workers at Crown Holding's Toronto facility were forced to strike on September 6 after the company demanded concessions on wages, pensions and cost-of-living allowances, despite the company's healthy profits.
