UTC Fire & Security Announces New UAE Joint Venture

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Nov. 10, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- UTC Fire & Security announced today it has created a joint venture in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with Muneer Ahmad Al-Sheikh Mohammed Sharif Al Olama of Zener Group. The joint venture – Zener Fire and Security LLC – was recognized with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by the shareholders and local officials. UTC Fire & Security is a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).
