UXC Eclipse appoints Scott Hamilton as Industry Solutions Architect in North America
NEW YORK, Dec. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- UXC Eclipse has appointed Scott Hamilton to the role of Industry Solutions Architect for manufacturing in North America.
Scott will be responsible for company initiatives in the manufacturing sector.
Scott has more than 30 years' experience in the IT industry. He has held senior analyst roles for Columbus A/S and Avanade, and was a vice president and founder of Fourth Shift.
Scott consults globally on supply chain management (SCM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) issues, and has consulted with several hundred manufacturing and distribution companies. He authored Maximizing Your ERP System and ten books about Microsoft Dynamics AX. He has been a multi-year winner of the rarely-given Microsoft MVP award for Dynamics AX. Scott earned a doctorate in information systems specializing in manufacturing, and has taught SCM and ERP as an MBA professor for several leading universities.
Scott recently released a new book titled Supply Chain Management using Microsoft Dynamics AX, which covers SCM in manufacturing and distribution businesses using the new Microsoft Dynamics AX, or the Dynamics AX 2012 R3 version. A companion book covers Warehouse Management using Microsoft Dynamics AX.
