V O Group Solves Timeshare Consumer Complaints

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J., Sept. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The V O Group, LLC ™, a New Jersey based timeshare consulting firm with offices in Egg Harbor Township, N. J. and Nashville, Tenn., will soon open a third office in the Cape Cod, Massachusetts area. The firm has a range of programs based on the needs of timeshare consumers. Adam Lacerda, V O Group President and CEO, says the programs were designed based on the feedback and questions the company has received from its clients, and their complaints.

"When we opened our first office we made a decision to listen to our clients, take what they were saying and develop services based on their complaints and requests. With timeshare complaints on the rise, The V O Group watches the grievances being shared, and updates and adds programs based on those complaints.

According to Lacerda, some have questioned opening an office in the Cape Cod area of Massachusetts considering the still faltering economy.

"I am a firm believer that small business owners will be the leaders in America's economic recovery. This new office has been planned for some time and Massachusetts is a great place to do business. I'm from the area, and like Nashville it is a welcoming place to do business and has a good pool of sales professionals. We expect to have close to 100 employees and consultants working in the office within a few months."

Lacerda says he expects the Vacation Ownership Group to continue growing with additional locations opening in the next year.
