Vaco Adds Ronda Ponciano, CPA, and Roopa Kapadia as Recruiting Managers

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Frances Moreno, managing partner for Vaco Los Angeles, a leading consulting and executive search firm specializing in accounting, finance and technology consultants and direct hire professionals, today announced Ronda Ponciano, CPA, and Roopa Kapadia joined the Vaco Financial team as recruiting managers. Ponciano and Kapadia are focused on securing direct hire positions for accounting and finance professionals.

Both Ponciano and Kapadia bring extensive hands-on experience in accounting and finance to their new roles. Ponciano joins Vaco with 17 years experience in accounting and finance, with six of those serving directly as a controller or assistant controller. She's worked with both public and privately held firms. Kapadia has served in accounting and financial management positions for a variety of companies, including Ernst & Young, and is a seasoned recruiting professional.
