Vaco Los Angeles Partner Frances Moreno Honored With 2016 Women Of Color Achievement Award

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Vaco Los Angeles, an award-winning project consultant and executive search firm for accountants and technology professionals, today announced that managing partner Frances Moreno received the 2016 Women of Color Achievement Award presented by 100 Black Men of Los Angeles and the Women Presidents' Organization.
