At Smithfield Foods, Dugstad led the development, deployment and operational oversight of the company's critical demand, inventory and production planning systems as director of Application Delivery. In this capacity, he spearheaded development, deployment and operational management of mission-critical systems, driving operational efficiency and unlocking significant value for the organization. Dugstad maintained direct responsibility for operations, sales, marketing, supply planning , demand planning and procurement functions.
