VANCE STREET CAPITAL EXPANDS INVESTMENT TEAM WITH FOUR NEW HIRES

Casey Fenlon and Vaios Kouvelis join as Vice Presidents; Charlie Cohen and Peter Gagnon join as Associates; Nick Witham and Chris Wandling Promoted to Senior Associate

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Vance Street Capital ("Vance Street"), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm focused on investing in highly engineered solutions businesses, today announced the addition of four investment professionals as the firm continues to grow. Casey Fenlon and Vaios Kouvelis have joined as Vice Presidents, and Charlie Cohen and Peter Gagnon have joined as Associates.  Vance Street is also pleased to announce the promotion of Nick Witham and Chris Wandling from Associate to Senior Associate. 

The new hires expand Vance Street's investment team and add experience across private equity, corporate development, private credit and investment banking. The new professionals will support the firm's underwriting and execution efforts in support of the firm's thesis-driven, sector-focused investment strategy.

New Investment Professionals

Casey Fenlon, Vice President
Casey joins Vance Street from Highview Capital, where she was a Vice President on the investment team. Previously, she was a member of the HarbourVest Partners and American Securities investment teams. Casey began her career in investment banking at Credit Suisse. She earned a degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating cum laude.

Vaios Kouvelis, Vice President
Vaios joins Vance Street from Rarebreed Veterinary Partners, where he served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy. He previously spent three years at Revelstoke Capital Partners and began his career in Lincoln International's Global Healthcare Group. He earned degrees in Economics and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating cum laude.

Charlie Cohen, Associate
Charlie joins Vance Street from Victory Park Capital, where he was an Associate on the investment team. He previously worked in investment banking at William Blair. Charlie earned degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt University, graduating summa cum laude.

Peter Gagnon, Associate
Peter joins Vance Street from The Patriot Group, where he worked across private credit, investment banking and private equity. Earlier in his career, he worked in corporate restructuring at SC&H and investment banking at Tower Partners. Peter earned a degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
