Vantage Oncology Enters Definitive Agreement To Be Acquired By McKesson

MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif., Feb. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Vantage Oncology, LLC is pleased to announce that the company has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by McKesson Specialty Health, a business unit of the McKesson Corporation. Vantage is a leading national provider of radiation oncology, medical oncology, and other value-based integrated cancer care services.

McKesson Corporation, currently ranked 11th on the FORTUNE 500, is a healthcare services and information technology company dedicated to making the business of healthcare run better. McKesson helps its customers improve their financial, operational, and clinical performance with solutions that include pharmaceutical and medical-surgical supply management, healthcare information technology, and business and clinical services.
