VARIDESK LLC Announces Settlement Agreement with Lumi Legend Corp. over Intellectual Property Violation

COPPELL, Texas, July 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- VARIDESK LLC, a global leader in adjustable-height desk solutions, has reached a settlement agreement with Lumi Legend Corporation and several of Lumi's resellers, ending a patent infringement lawsuit brought by VARIDESK in March 2017 to the U.S. International Trade Commission. Under the terms of the agreement, VARIDESK has granted Lumi and its resellers a limited license under the asserted patents to sell through remaining U.S. inventories of the accused product.
