VASA Fitness Introduces Studio Pilates, Expanding Its Small-Group Coach-Led Fitness Experiences

Reformer Pilates debuts at VASA's Willow Creek club in Colorado, with additional locations planned beginning this fall and broader expansion in 2027

With the addition of Pilates, VASA becomes the only high-value, low-price (HVLP) fitness brand to offer four distinct boutique-style studio experiences under one roof, alongside Studio Red HIIT, Studio LFT strength training and Studio Flow infrared yoga.

Studio Pilates will make its debut at VASA's Willow Creek, Colorado, club this Saturday, September 19, becoming the first VASA location to offer reformer Pilates. Each class will accommodate up to 14 members and be led by a dedicated instructor, creating a small-group environment where members receive hands-on guidance while moving through a full-body workout on the reformer.
