Vascular Interventions of Tampa renamed Azura Vascular Care Tampa reflecting partnership with nationwide network of vascular care and ambulatory surgery center
MALVERN, Pa., May 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Vascular Interventions of Tampa announced today that it will rebrand and now be known as Azura Vascular Care Tampa, a leading provider of outpatient vascular care in Hillsborough County. Warren S. Krackov, MD, MA, MSHA, a board-certified interventional radiologist specializing in providing critical management and treatment of dialysis accesses and the treatment of uterine fibroids, is the Medical Director of the facility. Azura Vascular Care Tampa is located at 12666 Telecom Drive, Temple Terrace, Florida 33637.
The new logo and look reflect the relationship with a national leader in the field of vascular specialty services, Azura Vascular Care. This network of outpatient vascular and ambulatory centers provides patients access to procedures, offering an alternative to a hospitalization.
