Vaudit Appoints Former Ocean Media President David Coleman as President of Advertising Industry

Coleman brings more than 20 years of agency leadership to drive Vaudit's growth in the advertising industry.

BANGKOK, Nov. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Vaudit, an AI-powered vendor spend verification company, today announced that David Coleman has joined as President of Advertising Industry, effective November 2, 2026.

Before joining Vaudit, Coleman spent more than 20 years at Ocean Media, an independent, data-driven media planning and buying agency based in Southern California, where he most recently served as President.

During his tenure, Coleman helped bring in more than $1 billion in client media spend and played a key role in the agency's expansion from traditional television and radio buying into digital media. In 2025, Ocean Media merged with Empower Media to form Empower Ocean Media Group, which manages approximately $1.5 billion in combined annual media billings.

At Vaudit, Coleman will lead the company's advertising business, build strategic partnerships with agencies and advertisers, and drive adoption of independent advertising spend verification.
