Vector Security® Acquires American Alert Corporation in Ohio
Latest acquisition adds 5,000 customers; strengthens company's position in Ohio market
PITTSBURGH, June 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Vector Security® announced today that it has acquired the assets, employees and customers of American Alert Corporation based in Geneva, Ohio. American Alert is the leading security provider in Ashtabula County with more than 20 years of operations and service in this region. This transaction adds more than 5,000 additional customers to Vector Security. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Christine Longley, a nine-year veteran of Vector Security, will now manage the American Alert branch, effective immediately.
