• First year retention rates: Seal recipients demonstrate, on average, an 8.3% higher retention rate compared to non-Seal institutions.
• Four-year graduation rate: Seal recipients achieve an average 9.6% higher on-time graduation rate, reflecting the strategic, mission-critical benefits of robust prevention programming.
