8-Week Monday Meal Pack Encourages Users to Cut Out Meat One Day a Week

Studies have shown that a diet low in meat and high in plant foods including vegetables, fruits, whole grains and legumes is associated with a reduced risk of developing chronic conditions like cancer, cardiovascular disease, type II diabetes, and obesity. It can also help reduce carbon emissions and save precious resources like fossil fuels and fresh water.
