EAST GREENWICH, R.I., Nov. 6th, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- On November 7, 2014 CES Boxing along with Verdi Productions will be giving away 100 VIP ringside tickets to Bleed for This. You can win front row tickets to be in the boxing match scene being filmed on November 12, 2014 at Twin River Casino's Event Center.
Also on November 7th, Bleed for This and CES Boxing will be raffling off restaurant gift certificates, flat screen TVs, RI premiere tickets, Vinny Paz-signed boxing gloves, as well as other actors and a chance to have lunch with Vinny Paz.
BLEED FOR THIS tells the true-life story of 5-time world champion Rhode Island boxer Vinny Paz as he recovers from a near fatal car accident that left him with a broken neck. He then goes on to win three additional world boxing titles, creating one of the most incredible and dramatic comebacks in sports history.
On hand Friday night will be 5-time world champion boxer Vinny Paz.
Miles Teller (THE SPECTACULAR NOW, THAT AWKWARD MOMENT, PROJECT X), currently starring in WHIPLASH, in theaters now, will take on the role of Vinny Paz.
Golden Globe nominated actor Aaron Eckhart, (THE DARK KNIGHT, OLYMPUS HAS FALLEN, I, FRANKENSTEIN) will take on the role of Paz's boxing trainer, Kevin Rooney.
Ciaran Hinds, (FROZEN, GAME OF THRONES, MUNICH, ROAD TO PERDITION, HARRY POTTER.) Will take on the role of Vinny's father Angelo.
Also on hand will be Writer/Director Ben Younger (Boiler Room, Prime), Oscar winning Producer Bruce Cohen (American Beauty, Silver Linings Playbook), RI Producers Chad & Michelle Verdi (Loosies, The 50 Year Argument, and Silence), Pamela Thur (Spider Man, Die Heart) and Ex-Producer Joshua Sason, (The 50 Year Argument, A Bets A Bet)
Three thousand extras are needed to fill the Event Center at Twin River Casino on November 12, 2014. We need to fill the Event Center with up to 1,500 people from 6 AM-12 PM and then 1,500 people from 1 PM-7 PM. There will be food and soft drinks served.
All VIP winners are required to be on set for the full 12-hour day.
