Verizon Announces Suspension of SEC Reporting by Cellco Partnership
NEW YORK, Dec. 3, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ) today announced that its subsidiary, Cellco Partnership (doing business as Verizon Wireless), has filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to suspend its SEC reporting obligations. As a result, Cellco Partnership will no longer file annual audited financial information or quarterly unaudited financial information with the SEC.
