VersaPay Signs Agreement with Major Canadian-based Vacation Package Provider

- Agreement expected to materially increase Company's annual gross transaction value -

VANCOUVER, March 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - VersaPay Corporation (TSXV: VPY) ("VersaPay" or the "Company"), a provider of merchant credit, debit, gift and loyalty card payment processing solutions, today announced that it has signed a five-year, exclusive agreement (the "Agreement") with a major Canadian vacation package provider.

"With its more than $250 million in credit and debit card transactions last year, we expect this customer to increase our annual gross transaction value run rate by approximately 50%," said Michael Gokturk, CEO VersaPay. "This is our most significant customer win to date, validating our ability to serve large-scale merchants and provide competitive pricing. We continue to expand our presence in the vacation travel industry, a market that provides further growth opportunities."

Under the terms of the Agreement, VersaPay will be the exclusive provider of credit and debit card payment processing solutions to all of this customer's agency outlets. This will include integration with VersaPay's PCI-compliant (meets Payment Card Industry data security requirements) payment gateway for all transactions. VersaPay will generate revenue based on a percentage value of each transaction processed through its payment systems.
