Veteran Corporate Investigator Lisa Silverman Joins K2 Intelligence
NEW YORK, Nov. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- K2 Intelligence, an industry-leading investigative, compliance and cyber defense services firm, announced the appointment of Lisa Silverman as managing director. Formerly a managing director with Kroll Inc., Ms. Silverman has conducted high-stakes multi-national corporate and government investigations for more than 20 years.
Ms. Silverman's investigative work spans a wide array of challenges including a range of frauds; shareholder activism and corporate contests; competitive intelligence; the theft of trade secrets; and due diligence. In recent years she co-led international investigations for four state governments in connection with the hiring of private lottery managers. She oversaw the investigations and was charged with project oversight and compliance.

Ms. Silverman received a B.A. from Haverford College and an M.A. from Columbia University. She also received an MBA in finance and international business from the New York University Stern School of Business. Prior to beginning her career in investigations, Ms. Silverman worked in education.
