Vexata Announces Reseller Agreement with Fujitsu in North America to Deliver Next-Generation Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions for the Cognitive Era

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Vexata, the leader in accelerated data infrastructure for the enterprise, announced that it has entered into a reseller agreement with Fujitsu in the North America region. This agreement enables Fujitsu to offer their North America-based customers, solutions that combine the efficiency of the Fujitsu product portfolio with the ground-breaking data acceleration and operational simplicity of the Vexata offerings.  The comprehensive nature of the offerings will address the most demanding of enterprise application environments from transaction driven systems in the financial services industry, to ground breaking research in the bio-medical verticals, to new generation of artificial intelligence and machine learning environments in the retail and manufacturing segments. The reseller agreement with Fujitsu is specific to the United States and Canada regions initially and both companies will consider expanding this relationship to other regions when applicable.

Vexata and the Fujitsu North America team will collaborate across a number of vertical industries that require high performance database and analytics, specifically targeting low-latency applications that benefit from the unmatched performance and cost efficiencies delivered by Vexata products.  Fujitsu's customers will be able to rapidly deploy Vexata technology to address business critical challenges, utilizing the deep experience that the Fujitsu and Vexata teams jointly bring to market.

One specific area of collaboration will be to establish a portfolio of jointly developed reference architectures in the Fujitsu Solutions Lab (www.fujitsusolutionslab.com), covering a breadth of enterprise and high-performance use cases.  The Fujitsu Solutions Lab is a newly launched technology innovation and customer POC center in Silicon Valley, with the goal to establish a broader technology and business ecosystem between Fujitsu and innovative US startup companies, like Vexata, to better address the emerging Enterprise IT needs that arise from technology shifts coming from Hybrid Cloud, IoT, and AI.
